I am ONE today!

I am a whole year old! I took my first steps two days ago. I have one tooth and another one coming in. I love my family and Jesus and I love to eat my treats. My mom gave me bites of peppermint ice-cream today and I love it too. The End.

Okay, here's Halloween. A bit late...

We stopped by our ward party last Friday and saw all the cute kids. We went over to Aunt Cindy's on Saturday night for a bit and had sloppy joes and white dip. And we went to Grandma Ali's on Sunday and had a rib feast! It was a great holiday :)

Grandma Ali got Mckayla the cutest little lion outfit the last minute on friday and it was perfect! She looked adorable in it. She kept getting fuzzies in her mouth from the yarn though, hence the picture she's sticking her tongue out in... I've been picking up fuzzies off the carpet all week! I could have vacuumed but where's the fun in that?

For some reason she decided to have a taste of my cheek in this shot. I must have had something yummy to eat earlier...

Oh, and at one point I got her to keep a bow and a pony tail in her hair! But not both at once... The weight of both combined proved to be of too much interest and caused the desire to rip them out! It's fun to finally be able to do something with her hair now!

And among scrapbook stuff and playing with greeting card designs in photoshop, I also made a new fall decoration! I thought it was so funny that Mckayla couldn't resist the spotlight peaking around the corner to be in the picture :)

A preview of what I've been doing.

Digital scrap-booking! It's so much fun! Any thoughts on the subject?

Finaly a new post

Holy night! I know it's been a while. I've been very sick and thereafter very busy, but here's another up-date. Mckayla, Rudy and I went to Rock Springs two weeks ago and I got the flu and ended up staying there for a good week till I was well enough to come home. I tell ya if the swine flu is what I had it is one heck of a NASTY BUG! I could hardly get out of bed at one point. Anyway, Mckayla hardly got sick at all which was nice. Anyway, it was fun to see Aunt Ashley and her kids and Aunt Moo and Maddie. They are all growing up so fast!
Mckayla had fun getting into the cupboards and playing with all the "new stuff" at Nana Knudsen's house. Nana got a dish towel and put it under her arms and was walking her around the living room with it and we all but peed our pants it was so funny. I think she will be walking on her own soon. She's getting more brave all the time.

We did have a good time even though I was sick. Rudy Bob was a good sport and put up with me so I have to thank her for that. We played a new phase ten spin off game and watched movies and Cash Cab. Also, as you can see we tried on this hilarious wig my mom had. We look just ravishing if I do say so myself. I never knew how much I looked like my mom until I saw this picture...

Mckayla will be turning one on the 11th of November. My how time flies! I hardly got to take any pictures of her this month. Well, this is enough for one post. I have more, but it'll have to wait for a bit. Halloween will be a fun post :)

Up date

This is my favorite little fuzzy ear suit! It's so cute and I love it! Mckayla usually hates having anything on her head, but she's getting used to it now that it's colder out and I cover her head all the time. She's getting so darn big! She's been using everything she gets hold of to stand up and is getting into everything. I can't complain. She's so much fun and such a good kid most of the time.
Lately, we've seen a lot of Rudy and Mckayla loves her! We went to the mall and tried this funny hat on her. I thought this pic looked super funny.
Also, we got a new stroller! It's a jeep liberty and it's a bit bulky but it's wonderful! It does everything.
